If paid between April 01 and May 31, face Amount is due. If paid after May 31, a 10% Penalty will apply. TAX BILL IS REQUIRED WITH YOUR PAYMENT On December 31st, the year is closed and all unpaid taxes are filed with the Delaware County Tax Claim Bureau, Government Center Building, Media PA 19063 - Phone 610 891-4284 and will be subject to a filing fee and additional interest and MUST be paid to the Tax Claim Bureau.
