Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the Chadds Ford Township Board of Supervisors, Delaware County, on Monday, July 21, 2008, at 5:00 p.m., at the Chadds Ford Municipal Building, 10 Ring Road, Chadds Ford, PA, for the Conditional Use Application filed by 901 Poplar, LP and any other such matters as may be deemed appropriate by the Board.
The applicant is seeking approval to operate a Bed and Breakfast establishment at 681 Webb Road.
The application may be examined at the Municipal Building, 10 Ring Road, Chadds Ford , PA during regular business hours.
