CALL TO ORDER

Chairman Deborah Love D’Elia called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM.

SEWER FUNDING THROUGH PENNVEST

The purpose of the special meeting was to adopt a resolution required by PennVEST to be eligible for financing of the Turner’s Mill Waste Water Treatment Plant. Public notice of the special meeting was published in the October 19, 2006 edition of the Delaware County Daily Times.

Mrs. Love D’Elia read the entire proposed resolution into the minutes. A copy follows.

RESOLUTION 20-2006

Upon motion and second (Thorpe, D’Elia), the Supervisors present adopted Resolution 20-2006, authorizing the Township to proceed with the PennVEST application process.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:05 AM.
