Bids for varying aspects of
construction for the Turner’s Mill project were publicly opened on December 17,
2004, by the Township Engineer. Mr.
Kelly had checked the qualifications of the lowest bidders prior to making
contract recommendations. All were found
to be acceptable.
Mr. Thorpe announced the following

Upon motion and second (D’Elia,
Paul) the Board of Supervisors unanimously voted to award contracts for the
Turner’s Mill project to the lowest bidders as listed above and as recommended
by James C. Kelly, Township Engineer.
