Representing this Applicant, Stephen Marshall, Esquire, responded to items in the Minutes of the May 22, 2001, Traffic Meeting that were attached to Kelly Engineers’ May 30, 2001, review letter. They have agreed to provide whatever access off their driveway is necessary for Tri County Supply. Mr. Marshall will discuss with both our Solicitor, Donald Petrosa, and Michael Lyons, attorney for the Hinemans, to resolve whether the Mr. Hineman’s signature will be required on this plan.
On behalf of his client, Mr. Lyons suggested that it would be a benefit to the Township if the Applicant would agree to abandon the easement and access driveway if, at some future date, the loop road were completed through the Hineman property and access to Applied Card’s property would then be via the loop road.
Mr. Todd motioned, Mr. Honig seconded, and the Planning Commission voted to recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve this preliminary/final plan pending the outstanding items in Kelly Engineers’ May 30, 2001, review letter including the Minutes of the May 22, 2001, Traffic Meeting; any outstanding items of our Township Traffic Consultant (Caruolo); and that the Supervisors give strong consideration to Mr. Lyons suggestion for abandonment of the easement and access driveway in the event the loop road is constructed at the southwest corner of the Routes 1 and 202 intersection.
