Minutes – Planning Commission

February 28, 2001

The Planning Commission of Chadds Ford Township met in the Township Building on Wednesday, February 28, 2001. The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. Present were William Taylor, Maurice Todd, Donald Honig, James Reamer and Fred Reiter. Also present was Keith Lieberman of Kelly Engineers.

Mr. Todd motioned, Mr. Reiter seconded, and the Planning Commission approved the Minutes of the January 31, 2001, meeting.

Public Comment - none

Bancroft Homes – In attendance were Michael J. Christopher of Bancroft Homes, Michael Lyons, Esquire, and John Mullin of Regester Associates. Mr. Mullin led a discussion with draft comments prepared by Keith Lieberman of Kelly Engineers. Mr. Lyons mentioned that the Developer and Mr. Kelly will meet again with the Delaware County Conservation District to discuss the construction of the basin. This plan will be revised and re-submitted as a Preliminary/Final Plan.

James Ferver – Michael Lyons, Esquire, explained that this plan has also been submitted and will be before Thornbury Township’s Planning Commission in two weeks. Outstanding items are: review of the landscaping plan and approval from the Delaware County Conservation District.

Codification

The Planning Commission requested the status of codification of our Ordinances.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
