SPECIALMEETING
The Planning Commission of Chadds Ford Township met at Township Hall on Wednesday, July 27, 2005, for a special meeting to formally review the proposed Baltimore Pike Overlay District Ordinance 110. Present were Chairman William J. Taylor, Vice-Chairman Maurice Todd, and member Paul Vernon. Also in attendance was Maryann D. Furlong, Acting Planning Commission Secretary.
Mr. Taylor indicated that members of the Commission were meeting specifically to again review the proposed Route One Overlay District Ordinance 110. The matter was being reviewed again to ensure that all procedural technicalities are satisfied. There were no changes to the Ordinance that had been adopted on June 1, 2005.
Delaware County Planning Commission had conducted a review of the proposed ordinance and recommended approval.
Mr. Todd noted that the ordinance had been reviewed in great detail at a prior meeting. There were no further comments either from the public or Commission members.
MOTION TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF BALTIMORE PIKE OVERLAY DISTRICT ORDINANCE 110
Upon motion and second (Todd, Vernon), members of the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Baltimore Pike Overlay District Ordinance 110 to the Board of Supervisors.
There being no further formal business, the special meeting was adjourned at 7:39 PM.
