COMMISSION MINUTES
Wednesday, July 12, 2006
The Planning Commission of Chadds Ford Township met in the Township Hall on Wednesday, July 12, 2006. In attendance were Chairman William Taylor, Maurice Todd, Fred Reiter, Paul Vernon and Gary Whelan. Joseph Mastronardo of Pennoni Associates, Inc. and Richard Jensen, our Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer were also in attendance.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M.

MINUTES
The Planning Commission (Whelan/Vernon) motioned and approved the Minutes of the June 14, 2006 meeting.
Chadds Ford Inn (Grace)
Representing
this Applicant, Randal Patry of EDC, Inc. responded
to comments in Pennoni Associates, Inc. review letter dated July 11, 2006. Mr. Mastronardo of
Pennoni Associates stated that the Applicant has exceeded the storm water
requirements. Mr. Whelan asked and Mr.
Grace stated that it is his intention to do all of the on-site improvements,
with the exception of the State requirements for PennDOT
approval, prior to opening the
The Planning Commission (Vernon/Whelan) recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve this plan provided that details in Items 1, 5, 7, 9 and 10 of Pennoni Associates review letter dated July 11, 2006 have been added to the plan and received satisfactory review by our Engineer prior to submission to the Board of Supervisors.
