Mr. Urie moved, Mr. Todd seconded, all voted yes and the Commission approved the minutes of the April 24, 2002 meeting.
There was none.
Mr. Taylor mentioned to the Commission that when approving a plan “contingent upon” something, they must make sure to spell out what the contingencies are. This will make it clear to the Board of Supervisors exactly what was approved, and assure them that the Planning Commission has not overlooked anything.

Mr. Kelly suggested that Mr. Novakis return to the next Planning Commission meeting on June 26, 2002 for possible approval.
Ordinance 64(O) – The Commission reviewed the proposed new Ordinance. Mr. Todd moved, Mr. Urie seconded and all voted to recommend that the Board of Supervisors consider adoption of Ordinance 64(O) as written.
