PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES

 

Wednesday, February 8, 2006

 

 

            The Planning Commission of Chadds Ford Township met in the Township Hall on Wednesday, February 8, 2006.  In attendance were Chairman William Taylor, Fred Reiter, Paul Vernon and Gary Whelan.  Joseph Mastronardo of Pennoni Associates, Inc. and Richard Jensen, our Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer, were also in attendance.

 

 

CALL TO ORDER

           

The meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M.

 

ORGANIZATION

 

            Upon a motion and second (Reiter/Vernon), William Taylor was elected Chairman.  Upon a motion and second (Vernon/Reiter), Maurice Todd was elected Vice-Chairman.

 

 

PUBLIC COMMENT - None

 

 

MINUTES

 

 Planning Commission (Vernon/Whelan) motioned and approved the Minutes of the January 11, 2006 meeting.

 

 

            There being no pending applications for review, an informal discussion followed.

 

 

ADJOURNMENT

           

Upon a motion and second (Whelan/Reiter) the meeting was adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
