PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES

            The Planning Commission of Chadds Ford Township met in the Township Hall on Wednesday, December 13, 2006.  In attendance were Chairman William Taylor, Maurice Todd, Fred Reiter, Paul Vernon and Gary Whelan.  Joe Mastronardo of Pennoni Associates, Inc. was also in attendance.   

CALL TO ORDER

Mr. Todd called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M.

PUBLIC COMMENT - None

MINUTES

The Planning Commission (Vernon/Whelan) motioned and approved the Minutes of the November 29, 2006 meeting.           

Karen M. Heebner

Jim Fritsch, Regester Associates, presented this plan seeking a recommendation for final plan approval for a minor subdivision plan of the Heebner property on Old Orchard Lane north of Bullock Road.  The Planning Commission (Whelan/Vernon) recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve this final subdivision plan, including the five requested waivers, subject to compliance with the comments in Pennoni Associates review letter dated December 6, 2006, and specifically that Item 6 (SEO to verify condition of existing septic system) and Item 7 (acceptance of revised Legal Descriptions) are resolved.

Upon a motion and second (Taylor/Vernon) the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
