PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES

Wednesday, January 10, 2007

            The Planning Commission of Chadds Ford Township met in the Township Hall on Wednesday, January 10, 2007.  In attendance were Chairman William Taylor, Maurice Todd, Paul Vernon, Gary Whelan and Joe Barakat.  Joe Mastronardo of Pennoni Associates, Inc. was also in attendance.   

CALL TO ORDER

Mr. Taylor called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.

REORGANIZATION

Upon a motion and second (Todd/Whelan), William Taylor was elected Chairman.  Upon a motion and second (Vernon/Whelan), Maurice Todd was elected Vice-Chairman.

PUBLIC COMMENT - None

RECOGNITION  – Fred Reiter

Mr. Taylor acknowledged and thanked Fred Reiter for his many years of service on the Planning Commission.  His history and recollections were always helpful. 

Mr. Taylor introduced Mr. Reiter’s replacement, Joe Barakat.  

MINUTES

The Planning Commission (Whelan/Vernon) motioned and approved the Minutes of the December 13, 2006 meeting.           

Ruggiero Development Group, LLC – Brandywine Summit Phase II

            An informal discussion took place for this application which will be on the February 14, 2007 Agenda.

ADJOURNMENT

Upon a motion and second (Vernon/Whelan) the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
